Italian Caprese Skewers

Ingredients for Italian Caprese Skewers
200g cherry tomatoes
200g bocconcini cheese
Fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup Balsamic glaze
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Sea salt and ground black pepper to season
Method for Italian Caprese Skewers
Thread a cherry tomato on each skewer followed by a basil leaf, a bocconcini, a basil leaf, and another tomato. Repeat this process until all the cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and basil leaves have been used.
Serve Caprese Skewers on a large serving platter and drizzle with a little more extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, and season with a little salt and pepper.
