2 Lemons, cut into slices

2 Blood Oranges, cut into slices
2 Navel oranges, cut into slices
Preheat your oven to the lowest setting 100c/210°F and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Give your citrus fruit a little rinse with water and wipe down. On a clean surface, slice your fruit into 1/4inch slices. Repeat until all the fruit is sliced.
Arrange the slices onto the lined baking trays, giving them enough room in between.
Place them into the oven and bake for 3-4 hours at 100c/210°F.
After 2 hours, turn them over and place them back into the oven. As the slices are different in size, the large slices may need longer in the oven.
The citrus slices will be ready once all the slices have no more moisture. Remove from the baking trays and place on a wire rack to completely cool.
Use your dried citrus slices for drinks, cakes or decorations.
