Baked Triple Cream Brie with Figs, Pistachios & Honey
1 wheel of triple cream brie
2 x fresh figs, quartered
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Preheat oven to 180c.
Place the brie in a baking dish & arrange the fresh figs on top.
Drizzle the honey over the figs & scatter the pistachios over the top.
Cover loosely with foil & place in the oven for 15-20 mins.
