Orecchiette Pangrattato

"Pangrattato" is basically Italian for breadcrumbs. Day old bread works wonders for this dish. I personally wouldn't use store bought breadcrumbs as it gives it a different flavour altogether.

There is a few different versions to make this classic dish, but I like to keep it simple. It's so simple that you probably have all the ingredients at home.

If you want something quick and easy to cure your mid week blues.. than this is the dish for you. Make it tonight!
