So early this month I received a wonderful parcel in the mail. My Nonna had accepted the delivery on my behalf and I went around to her house to pick it up. Little did I know that a few of us would need to help me bring it back home.
Bless the team at Sirena Tuna!!

Not only did I receive some wonderful products, I was pretty much set with tuna for the next year! I needed three people to help. Thank you once again to the team at Sirena Tuna for the hook up! Now it was up to me what to make....
I absolutely love fish and of course.. pasta! I put together a little quick and easy meal inspired by my childhood. Mum used to make this for a real easy mid week meal. A delicious pasta bake with olives and melted bocconcini and mozzarella. I used to remember the delicious smell coming from the kitchen while my brother and I used to ride bikes outside.

With this recipe taking 30 mins to make... why would you not try it! My tip... extra cheese!
