Crunchy Peanut Noodles with Chilli Oil - Plenty Foods x The Delightful Cook Collaboration
For the Peanut Sauce:
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 tbsp. cornstarch flour
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp chilli oil
2 tsp sesame oil
1⁄4 cup warm water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Black & white sesame seeds for garnish
Sliced spring onions for garnish
Crushed raw peanuts, roughly chopped (optional)
1. Cook your udon noodles according to the packet instructions.
2. While the udon noodles are cooking, place the crunchy peanut butter, cornstarch, soy sauce,
chilli oil, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger and water into a small bowl. Whisk ingredients well
3. Drain noodles and pour back into the saucepan. Add sauce to the noodles and toss until all
the noodles are completely covered.
4. Serve in a bowl with scattered spring onions, sesame seeds and crushed peanuts if desired.
