Baked Brie with Pistachios, Cranberries, Honey and Thyme - The Delightful Cook


200g double cream brie, lightly score in a diagonal pattern

1/3 cup cranberries, roughly chopped

1/3 cup pistachios, roughly chopped

1 tbsp. runny honey

2 tsp fresh thyme leaves

cracked black pepper


Preheat the oven to 180c/375f.

In the center of a small baking dish or tray add the brie. Scatter cranberries and pistachios over the top and around the side of the brie.

Add fresh thyme leaves, drizzle the honey all over and season with a little cracked pepper. Place into the oven for 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and almost oozing out. Remove from the oven.

Serve immediately with crostini bread.
